Is Cheas is located at the boundary between two distinct territories, the Sinis and Montiferru, both rich in tradition and history.
Two treasure troves of dishes whose origins are so old they are almost lost in time. On one side the valley rich in fragances, fine wines and seafood sourced from one of the cleanest seas in the Mediterranean. On the other side the mountain, with its meat and mushrooms whose fame is no longer local or regional but has long since reached the rest of Italy and beyond.
